Tyler is the founder and the Managing Partner of Town Lane overseeing all aspects of the business.
Prior to founding Town Lane Tyler spent 19 years at Blackstone (2004-2023) where he was a partner and Head of Strategic Investments for Blackstone Real Estate Americas and Head of Real Estate Acquisitions Americas and was a member of Blackstone's Global Real Estate Investment Committee. As the Co-Head and Head of Real Estate Acquisitions Americas Tyler helped oversee $88 billion of equity deployed. Tyler previously served as a board member of QTS Realty Trust, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Extended Stay America, IMC, Hilton Worldwide, Park Hotels and La Quinta. When not focusing on real estate, Tyler does his best to keep up with his wife Courtney and their three little girls.
Tyler received a B.S. in Commerce from The McIntire School at the University of Virginia. In addition to serving on the board of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation he also serves on the board of the Jefferson Foundation at UVA.
Parker is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Town Lane.
Prior to Town Lane, Parker was a senior investment professional at Sycamore Partners where she joined the firm in its founding year and helped build the firm from less than $1 billion to approximately $10 billion in AUM. During that time she worked across a wide range of private equity transactions during her 11-year tenure and was involved across all aspects of the firm including investing, business and team building and portfolio company management. When not working, Parker and her husband Zach spend time with their three young girls running around the West Village.
Parker received a B.A. in Political Science from Princeton University.
Dave is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Town Lane.
Prior to Town Lane, Dave was Chief Financial Officer of ACORE Capital, and supported ACORE as it grew from $1.6 billion at inception to $20+ billion in AUM during his over 8-year tenure. Prior to ACORE, Dave served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of New Mountain Finance Corporation. Prior to NMFC, Dave worked at Starwood Property Trust. When not at work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and son.
Dave received a B.B.A. from James Madison University and an M.B.A. from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Guy Metcalfe is a Senior Advisor at Town Lane.
Guy was previously the Global Chairman of Real Estate and member of the investment banking Executive Committee at Morgan Stanley, where he led the real estate investment banking business for over two decades. During his 30+ year tenure at Morgan Stanley, he advised clients on over $850 billion of transactions and worked closely with CEOs of many of the world's leading property companies.
Guy facilitated and completed large, industry-defining real estate transactions across the US and Europe including the mergers of each of AMB Property Corp., KTR Capital Partners, Industrial Property Trust and Liberty Property Trust with Prologis and the recent $26 billion sale of Duke Realty to Prologis. He led the recaps and spin-offs of Vornado (Urban Edge and JBG Smith), HCP (QCP) and the recent $15 billion sale of CyrusOne Inc. Additionally, he led the cumulative $7 billion of equity raised for Lineage Logistics and advised on the formation (and capital raising for) CBRE US Logistics Partners. Finally, he facilitated and completed large transactions involving Blackstone including the acquisitions of publicly-traded Trizec Properties, Equity Office Properties, BioMed Realty Trust, Hilton Hotels, Gramercy Property Trust and QTS Realty Trust. He currently serves on the Boards of CBRE, ProLogis, RioCan, Beacon Capital and Cabot.
Guy lives on the Upper West Side in New York City with his wife and two children. Among other professional affiliations, Guy has been an advisor on real estate matters to the Partnership Fund of New York. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Child Mind Institute, and is Vice Chairman Emeritus of Schools That Can.
Mike is a Senior Advisor to Town Lane.
Mike recently retired from Blackstone where he was co-founder of the firm's real estate credit investment business (BREDS), serving as it's Chairman since 2016. Mike's distinguished career in real estate dates back to 1989, holding positions at Bank of Nova Scotia, Barclay's Bank and as head of Merrill Lynch's real estate principal investment group prior to joining Blackstone in 2007.
At Blackstone, Mike was a member of the real estate investment committees (debt and equity) and served as Chairman of BXMT, a NYSE listed mortgage REIT. Additionally, since 2021, Mike served as Chairman of Blackstone's GP Stakes business. He currently serves on the Boards of BXMT and Hudson Pacific Properties and is a senior advisor to Madison Capital, a long standing real estate investment firm. Mike is involved with Spark Youth, Melanoma Research Foundation and God's Love We Deliver among other charitable organizations.
Mike holds a BS in accounting from SUNY Albany (1983) and an MBA from New York University (1989).
Mike and his wife Lori met at SUNY and have one son and two grandsons that make it all worthwhile.
Bill serves as a Senior Advisor to Town Lane.
Bill recently retired from Blackstone where he was a Senior Managing Director in the firm's real estate group. Bill's career in real estate dates to 1987, including 10 years with JMB Realty and Heitman and almost 30 years with Blackstone.
At Blackstone, Bill was involved in the direct asset management and asset management oversight of Blackstone's global real estate platform, including hotel, office, retail, industrial and residential properties in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Bill previously served as a board member of Hilton Worldwide, Invitation Homes, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Edens Investment Trust, Great Wolf Lodge, Extended Stay America, La Quinta Hotels, Brixmor Property Group, the Savoy Group, Encore Global, Nobu Restaurant and Hospitality Group, and the Blackstone Charitable Foundation.
Bill is a member of the University of Michigan Weiser Center for Real Estate Advisory Board, the University of Michigan Real Estate Fund Advisory Board, and previously served on the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Advisory Board.
Bill received a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Tripp is a Managing Director at Town Lane and involved in all aspects of the investment process.
Prior to Town Lane, Tripp spent 14 years at TPG where he was one of the original members of the real estate group and served as a Firm Partner. He was a member of the TPG Real Estate Partners Investment Review Committee. Tripp previously served as a Board Member of Dogwood Industrial Properties, Evergreen Industrial Properties, Enlivant Senior Housing, Parkway Properties, TPG Real Estate Finance Trust and Strategic Office Partners. Prior to TPG, Tripp was a Vice President with Fortress Investment Group on the real estate investment team. Prior to Fortress, Tripp worked in the acquisitions group with SL Green Realty Corp. Outside of work, Tripp and his wife Jessica spend time in Atlanta with their three children, and he tries to find time to play tennis and ski in the winter.

Garret is a Managing Director at Town Lane and involved in all aspects of the investment process.
Prior to Town Lane, Garret spent 11 years at Starwood Capital where he most recently served as a Managing Director in the firm's U.S. acquisitions group. Over the course of his tenure at Starwood, Garret was involved in equity and debt investments across nearly all property types, including residential, industrial, office, retail, and hospitality. Before Starwood, Garret spent three years in the real estate investment banking practice at Morgan Stanley. Garret started his career at the U.S. Department of the Treasury where he was part of the Department's Mortgage and Housing Markets Group. Outside of real estate, Garret and his wife Emily keep busy by embracing the chaos of having three sons.
Garret received a BA in History from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Andres Panza is Head of Asset Management at Town Lane.
Prior to Town Lane, Andres spent 9 years at Starwood Capital where he most recently served as Head of U.S. Asset Management overseeing a $47 billion portfolio of investments across nearly all property types, including residential, industrial, data centers, retail, office, land and development. Over the course of his tenure at Starwood, Andres led or oversaw over $10 billion of dispositions and acquisitions and served as a board member of Starwood Real Estate Income Trust. Prior to joining Starwood Capital, Andres worked in The Carlyle Group’s U.S. real estate fund. When not at work, Andres and his wife Kate enjoy chauffeuring their two children around their various activities.
Andres received a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MA in International Studies from The Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jess is a Principal at Town Lane and is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments.
Prior to Town Lane, Jess was a Vice President at Coatue Management, where she focused on investments in technology companies. Prior to Coatue, Jess was a Senior Associate at Blackstone in the Real Estate Acquisitions group investing across a variety of sectors including hospitality, multifamily and industrial. Outside of work, Jess enjoys going on outdoor trips with her husband Isaiah.
Jess received a B.A. in Economics from Yale University where she graduated with honors.
Foster is a Principal at Town Lane based out of Atlanta, GA and is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments.
Prior to Town Lane, Foster spent five years at Songy Highroads, a sunbelt-focused real estate developer and operator, where he served as Principal and President of SHR Residential. Foster also worked for six years at Related Companies in New York, where he served as a Vice President for Related Fund Management. Foster has invested across a variety of sectors including multifamily, hospitality, office, and various mixed-use developments. When not at work, Foster enjoys spending time with his wife Isabel, playing golf, and is an avid sports fan.
Foster received a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Virginia.
Maxx is a Principal at Town Lane and is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments.
Prior to Town Lane, Maxx spent seven years in Boston at The Baupost Group in the Real Estate Investments Group. Maxx focused on the origination and execution of real estate private equity, credit and public investments across a wide range of sectors and geographies. Prior to The Baupost Group, Maxx worked at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income and Investment Banking divisions. Outside of work, when not chasing his son around with his wife Caroline, Maxx is actively involved with the Penn men's lacrosse program and enjoys playing golf.
Maxx received a B.S. in Economics, with a Concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Grant is a Principal at Town Lane and is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments.
Prior to Town Lane, Grant spent close to six years at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area ("REPIA") within the Asset Management Division (fka Merchant Banking Division), focused on real estate private equity and high-yield credit investing. Grant spent time investing across a variety of sectors including multifamily, hospitality, industrial and office. Outside of work, Grant enjoys playing golf with family and friends as well as following all LA-based sports teams.

Tyler is an Assistant Controller at Town Lane.
Prior to Town Lane, Tyler spent five years at TPG Angelo Gordon, where he was an Assistant Controller in the Real Estate Accounting department. He began his career at EY where he was an Assurance Senior Associate primarily serving real estate clients. He is a licensed CPA in New York. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Tyler graduated from King’s College in 2017 with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
Nick is a Senior Associate at Town Lane and is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing investments.
Prior to Town Lane, Nick was an Associate at Blackstone in the Real Estate Debt Strategies group where he focused on originating senior loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity and other debt investments across all asset types and geographies throughout the U.S. and various international locations. Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling and playing golf with family and friends.

Ray Chung is a Senior Associate at Town Lane and is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments.
Prior to Town Lane, Ray spent four years in Real Estate Acquisitions at Starwood Capital, where he focused on a variety of sectors including hospitality, data centers and industrial. Outside of work, Ray enjoys playing basketball and traveling.
Ray received a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences.
Alyson is a Finance Senior Associate at Town Lane.
Prior to Town Lane, Alyson was a Senior Associate at TPG, where she worked in their Distressed Debt business. She began her career at PwC as an Assurance Associate, where she earned her CPA. Outside of work, Alyson enjoys skiing, tennis and spending time with family and friends.
Alyson graduated from Bucknell University in 2020, with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
Matthew is an Associate at Town Lane, where he is involved in overseeing asset and portfolio level performance on the Asset Management team.
Prior to Town Lane, Matthew was an Asset Management Associate at The Carlyle Group and Asset Management Analyst at Harrison Street, where he focused on a variety of sectors, including Multifamily, Medical Office, Student Housing, Life Sciences, and Self-Storage. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with friends and family, volunteering at church and traveling.

Prior to joining Town Lane, Lauren worked at Howden within their in-house investment banking team, Howden Capital Markets & Advisory, where she provided executive support and contributed to investor relations initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served as an Account Manager at Randstad, where she focused on placing technology professionals within the consumer and retail industries, managing client relationships and talent solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys staying connected to her Pacific Northwest roots by getting outside into nature whenever she can.

Aimee is an Executive Assistant for Town Lane.
Prior to Town Lane, Aimee was the Operations Executive for UTIMCO, the largest public university endowment in the United States, where she worked in Investment, Operations and Board support. Prior to UTIMCO Aimee worked in Compliance support for RGM Securities, the broker dealer subsidiary of one of the largest proprietary trading firms in the US before its acquisition by DRW in 2017. When not working, Aimee and her husband Brad enjoy traveling and exploring the outdoors with their dog, Beans.
